Also those that won't move to the empty for a mile left lane, for merging traffic. Justice happened today though. I had to brake at the end of the exit, which is a pain in the ass for me, since my 4Runner is 17 sec to 60 slow. When I made it on to the interstate, they got trapped behind an 18 wheeler, that was losing it's tire, and couldn't pass him until I got by. Which took a while.

I like being the asshole who goes super slow down merging lanes, then speeds up to the speed limit in the last ten feet, screwing the people behind me driving cars slower then a 350Z ;D ..I really shouldn't do that, karma will come back at me when I'm in my pickup or Beetle, or a UPS truck... wow I drive a lot of slow cars..

I have come to expect a few things while driving in traffic. Using the merge/entry/exit only lane to pass is bullshit, it doesn't often happen around here.

I do believe that you have the right to use up the entire merge lane, even in heavy traffic, if you are entering the highway. I tend to merge asap.

I'll also block as I can unless they are using there signaling apparatus. Then I'm ok with it. But only 1 car at a time. The zipper effect.

I'm either driving a tiny metro hatch or 16' box truck. I give myself braking distance which usually gets taken up by people cutting in.

People are dumb. I am not saying I'm better, just smarter.

if I'm in the uplander (work van ) I'll turn my amber strobe on an drive maybe a quarter in my lane and 3/4 in the merge lane.
